Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by expertly mixing drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food and beverage service during catering events or busy nights. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and alcohol serving laws. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience with food industry standards such as brewing, food safety certifications, or banquet experience is a plus.
