Job Description
The Role This is a barback position with a clear path to becoming a jack-of-all-trades. You'll start by keeping our bar and retail floor running smoothly with growth into pouring wine, talking bottles with customers, and working the retail counter. We want someone who sees this as a stepping stone into the wine world, not a stopgap job. What You'll Do Support bar service by stocking, glassware, and supplies; maintaining cleanliness; and assisting during busy service Learn our wine inventory—where bottles come from, why they taste the way they do, and what to pair them with Pour wine for tastings and by-the-glass service as you develop your skills Work the retail floor: greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right bottle Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and keeping the shop looking sharp Help with opening/closing duties and daily side work
