Job Summary In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with your strong customer service skills, will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols. Ensure proper cash handling and cashiering procedures are followed, including basic math calculations for accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Assist in serving food during catering events, banquets, or nightclubs as needed, demonstrating versatility across different food service environments. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to alcohol service laws and regulations. Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and sales transactions. Prior experience in hospitality roles involving brewing or catering services is advantageous.
