Bartender 6153 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy NW, Adairsville, GA 30103 $5 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $5 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Ain't Life Grand Bar & Grill. Ain't Life Grand Bar & Grill has opened in Adairsville, GA! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing our establishment's reputation. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during busy periods. Participate in special events or banquets as required, showcasing bartending skills in various settings. Side work as assigned to ensure cleanliness. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred; familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation techniques. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer engagement. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management; retail math experience is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
