JOB DESCRIPTION
•Bartender Overview:
Bartenders serve a crucial role in FOH operations.These duties are as follows:
Setup- Ensuring proper quantity and quality of all ingredients. Preparing ice, garnishes, and other mise en place
- Dialing in espresso machine
- Actively and enthusiastically contributes to pre-shift meeting. Briefing team as necessary on any changes. General
- Primary focus: fulfilling orders in an accurate and timely manner. Communicating with Senior Server. Interacting with guests with our version of hospitality. Ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintains bar room ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. Checks IDs when applicable.
Secondary Focus:
running drinks and food when possible, communicating and directing bar support team member, if applicable. Closedown- Breaking down and cleaning the bar areas to our high level of cleanliness. Preparing a stock list and juice order for following day. Responsible for closedown and accuracy of re-stock
- Communicating needs to captain General Expectations for All Team Members
- Aims to achieve our five goals.
- Operates with professionalism
- Report any supervisory issues or concerns to General Manager
- Maintains high cleanliness and organizational standard
- Follows dress code accurately
- Timely and punctual
- Displays maximum effort each shift
- Is an effective and professional communicator.
- Must be able to stand, move, climb stairs for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to bend, push, pull, lift 25 lbs.
Pay:
$12.00- $40.
