Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and POS operations

Qualifications:

• MUST have at least 1 year of bartender restaurant experience
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Bilingual candidates with proficiency in another language are highly desired
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Basic retail math skills
