The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service in a fine dining/private club environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, food and beverage knowledge, and teamwork to ensure every member leaves satisfied and eager to return. Three plus years of current fine-dining or private club experience, and familiarity with food industry standards, are a must. Responsibilities Greet members warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items when needed Take accurate orders using Toast POS system Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance the member experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new members Ensure member relations are positive by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Support team members Skills Three years minimum current experience in a fine dining or private club setting is a must Familiarity with Toast POS system Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Ability to upsell menu items effectively through sales techniques like upselling and suggestive selling Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to work well under pressure in a fine dining/private club setting Join our team to provide memorable dining experiences while developing your skills in the vibrant food industry.
