Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and food handling protocols at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nights and weekends. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste through effective time management. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; retail math skills are a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language], with excellent verbal communication skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales calculations; experience with restaurant or hospitality math preferred.
