Varuni Napoli is recognized as one of the best pizzeria in the country and we are looking for dynamic team as a Front of House (FOH) Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you're a seasoned server, bartender, cashier, or host, this role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for food and beverage service in a lively, fast-paced environment. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, handles transactions, and ensures every visitor leaves satisfied. Paid training and ongoing development are provided to help you excel in your role and grow within our vibrant hospitality community. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient service Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including processing payments and giving change Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Upsell menu items using effective sales techniques like OpenTable reservations and suggestive selling to maximize revenue Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest needs promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or night shifts in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
