Job Description
Job Overview Oasis Garden is Atlanta's upscale outdoor restaurant & social dining destination, and we are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Service Bartender to join our opening team. Unlike traditional bar environments, Oasis Garden's bartenders primarily support the dining room by preparing beverages for servers and ensuring drinks are produced accurately, consistently, and efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining guest satisfaction, controlling beverage costs, and supporting seamless service throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains exceptional organization, communicates effectively with team members, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality product every time. Responsibilities Preparing alcoholic beverages for dining guests Accurately following house drink recipes and portion standards Maintaining a clean and organized bar station Restocking bar inventory throughout service Communicating efficiently with servers and management Monitoring product levels and reporting shortages Following all alcohol service laws and company policies Assisting with opening and closing bar procedures Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Professional appearance and communication skills Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events What We Value At Oasis Garden, we value hospitality, professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
