The
PHO - ZEPHYR
Bartender plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience to guests within a dynamic hospitality environment. This position is responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. The bartender will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing inventory, and adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations. Ultimately, the

Minimum Qualifications:
Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States. Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol). Experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting. Knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology trends. Ability to handle point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently. Multilingual abilities to better serve a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
