Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will elevate the atmosphere of our lively venue. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll be the heart of the bar experience, delivering top-tier service that keeps guests coming back for more. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts. Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings by serving drinks efficiently in fast-paced environments. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking. Strong skills in customer service, sales, and upselling beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Experience with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to ensure accuracy in transactions. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in brewing or hospitality environments will be considered an asset for understanding diverse beverage offerings.
