Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing special requests or concerns promptly Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and sales processing Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Experience in fine dining environments or banquet settings is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Knowledge of the food industry trends including brewing techniques or nightclub service standards is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
