Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Genius POS, ensuring all details are correct Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and basic math calculations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest relations Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy; attention to detail is essential Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles enhances your candidacy Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that delight our guests!
