Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume events like banquets or nightclub nights. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality background preferred. Bilingual Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; certifications such as TIPS or ServSafe are a plus.
