Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management, ensuring timely service during busy hours. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining POS system integrity. Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and adhering to health regulations. Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order calculations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is desirable. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
