Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours. Assist in setting up catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by preparing stations and coordinating with team members for smooth operations. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Requirements Previous experience in Bartending , food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests in a lively setting. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills including retail math for cash handling and transaction balancing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or nightclub functions. Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
