Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Servers and Bartenders to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and drinks promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide excellent customer service to bar guests Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Assist with opening and closing duties Ability to work large events such as weddings, parties and golf tournaments Skills Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift 50lbs with no assistance What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Weekly pay with sales commission Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Fun, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts
