We are looking for a sharp, driven Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house team, command the bar, and help us scale our beverage program. The Role In this role, you aren't just sitting in an office doing schedules—you are the acting lead bartender and the face of the bar during peak hours. You will split your time between delivering exceptional guest experiences from behind the pine and managing daily bar operations, inventory, and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead from the
Front:
Act as the primary bartender during scheduled shifts, executing high-volume craft cocktails (including signature margaritas, premium whiskey builds, and custom lemonades) with speed and precision.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate a tight-knit shift crew of approximately 3 employees per shift, enforcing high service standards and a "60-second table greeting" rule.
Financial Accountability:
Monitor and manage shift schedules to keep labor costs strictly under 25% without sacrificing guest experience.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Assist in managing liquor, beer, and wine inventory, reducing waste, and ensuring pour controls are strictly followed.
Vibe & Atmosphere Management:
Maintain the restaurant's energy, handle guest relations professionally, and ensure the bar area is consistently pristine, organized, and fully stocked.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
4+ years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale casual, or premium lounge setting.
Leadership:
Proven experience supervising staff, handling cash drops, and managing floor flows (prior Assistant Manager or Bar Lead experience is highly preferred).
Availability:
Must be willing and able to commit to a 50-hour work week , including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills:
Exceptional knowledge of premium spirits (tequila, bourbon, cognac), classic cocktail specs, and POS systems. Strong math skills for tracking labor percentages and inventory.
Attitude:
