Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests enjoy their experience while accurately preparing and serving beverages. This role involves working in various settings, including fine dining establishments, nightclubs, and banquet events, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing drinks, managing POS systems, and maintaining food safety standards, all while delivering outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, enhancing their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts. Assist in catering or banquet events as required, providing seamless service in various settings such as nightclubs , fine dining , or food industry events. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS , Micros POS , or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and entertain guests professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience in serving , especially within fine dining , nightclub , or banquet environments. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and managing cash transactions ( retail math , cashiering , food industry math ). Ability to work effectively in a team environment within the hospitality sector. Prior experience with catering , food service , or beverage preparation is preferred but not required.
