Lead Bartender

As a Lead Bartender, you'll be the go-to person for crafting innovative cocktails, managing bar operations, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during busy hours and special events such as banquets or nightclub nights. Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, craft drinks, and specialty concoctions, with precision and flair. Manage POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties. Lead and motivate bartending staff by providing training on drink recipes, customer service standards, and food safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairing for fine dining or catering events. Use your excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while delivering top-notch customer service. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling practices, and beverage preparation techniques. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with effective time management skills. Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures for accurate transactions. Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus, along with knowledge of brewing or food industry trends.
