Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during catering events like banquets or nightclubs. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours or special events such as weddings or corporate functions. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in the food industry, including catering or food service environments, is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your skill set.
