Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand without delay. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while adhering to retail math principles. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub background. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math accuracy. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Must demonstrate responsible serving practices aligned with alcohol regulations and safety standards.
