Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Full Time Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs, banquets, or fine dining settings. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Assist with catering events or banquet services when required, ensuring seamless service delivery. Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or banquet settings; fine dining experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is advantageous; retail math knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
