This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guests enjoy top-tier service and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages with precision, flair, and adherence to food safety standards using POS system of Spot On Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer service. Engage with guests to recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions efficiently and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols. Support catering, special events as needed, demonstrating versatility across different settings. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, utilizing strong time management skills. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in casual dining or sports bar environments. Familiarity with POS systems Spot On or Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills. Experience in brewing or hospitality industries will be considered an asset. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing are essential. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required.
