Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth operation throughout your shift Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during events like banquets or catering functions Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, monitor guest consumption, and prevent over-serving Assist in setting up bar areas for special events or themed nights in nightclubs or hospitality venues Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends to provide expert recommendations Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet hall is highly preferred Familiarity with
