Server/Bartender

Have to be good with Teamwork Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest needs by answering questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions with detailed knowledge of food handling and preparation Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to proper math calculations for bills and tips Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Excellent communication skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate cashiering and billing tasks Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/host roles, or food industry positions that emphasize guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
