Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Clover. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, lottery, and answering questions about drinks and menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Follow all food safety protocols and beverage regulations to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with serving drinks efficiently while managing multiple tables or bar stations. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for order entry and payment processing. We train Strong time people skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres that encourage repeat visits. Experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals. Prior experience in nightclubs, banquet settings, or the food industry enhances your ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
