Bartender About Us Aloha! We're looking for experienced, energetic, and customer-focused bartenders to join our growing team in Waikīkī and at our upcoming new location. We want bartenders who can move fast without losing quality, create a welcoming atmosphere, and handle high-volume service with confidence and professionalism. A good bartender makes drinks. A great bartender controls the flow of the room, keeps the Aloha vibes alive, and still remembers who ordered the spicy margarita with no salt. That's the energy.

Pay:

Competitive hourly pay + tips Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings Accurately process orders and handle cash/POS transactions Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all Hawaiʻi liquor laws and responsible serving practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Valid liquor card / bartending certifications as required by Hawaiʻi law preferred What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Positive attitude and professional appearance Someone who thrives in a busy environment Ability to stay composed under pressure Team players who contribute to a fun but professional workplace Perks Competitive tips Employee meals / discounts Growth opportunities with expanding locations Supportive and team-oriented environment Flexible scheduling (where applicable) To Apply Please submit your resume and availability through Indeed.
