In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, knowledgeable about food and beverage service, and thrives while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to quality Provide excellent guest service while engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the bar area Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening, closing, and event setup duties as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting required Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join Our Team If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
