MUST BE AT LEAST 21 FOR THIS POSITION.
Description:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated candidate with excellent communication skills. They should be able to interact with customers and make them feel like they are the only ones in the entire restaurant. They will need to memorize menu's including specials and daily deals available. The ideal candidate will be able to function during peak business hours while maintaining a professional and customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Providing a professional and knowledgeable customer experience. Understanding menu items as well as making suggestions based on customers preference. Ensuring any allergies, restrictions or substitutions that are requested are clearly relayed from customer to kitchens Delivering food and drink menu items, as well as collecting payment in a timely manner Upselling drinks, food, and other specials when appropriate. Staying up to date with specials, hours of operation as well as take-out and ordering procedures. Pre-bussing tables, keeping tables clean and tidy at all times, rolling silverware and restocking items
