Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and cocktail presentation Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be at least 21 years of age or older as per legal requirements Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in creating an enjoyable atmosphere where our guests can relax and unwind.
