Bartender

This position receives a % of drinks sales from the sales floor as well as receiving a bar section, in addition to the hourly wage. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to build rapport and enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies. Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, promoting sales while providing detailed product knowledge. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end with basic math skills and retail math proficiency. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for smooth operations. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety regulations, alcohol laws, and responsible serving practices is required.

Pay:

$7.25 - $9.00 per hour
