The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences. Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is an advantage. With 108 taps, experience with draught beer is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
