In this energetic role, you will support bartenders, servers, and management by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations during busy nights and special events, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, hospitality, and customer engagement while working in a lively nightclub or banquet setting. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service during peak hours Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including cleaning spills, washing glassware, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with health standards Support preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients for cocktails or Buss tables and clear empty dishes to facilitate efficient table turnover Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and billing accuracy Communicate effectively with team members and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and address any immediate needs Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety standards, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS or Toast POS for cashiering and order management Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or Previous barista experience or serving background enhances your ability to deliver exceptional customer service Kitchen experience or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding hospitality operations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
