Job Description
Overview Scottish Rite Park, a premier retirement community, is seeking a Full Time Bartender to join our hospitality team! We're looking for someone who brings warmth, energy, and a laid-back charm to our residents and guests. If you love making people smile and know how to mix a great drink while creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and light snacks in our lounge and at community events
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for residents and visitors
- Work with a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and transactions
- Serve food and assist with meal service as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
- Assist with event setup and special gatherings
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in hospitality or senior living
- Ability to connect with older adults and create a fun, respectful environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Must be 21 or older and able to obtain necessary certifications
