Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, offering personalized drink recommendations when appropriate. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including specialty cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to answer questions confidently. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, processing payments, and cash handling with accuracy. Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions responsibly, balancing registers at shift end while managing sales reports efficiently. Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow from serving to closing procedures. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by providing prompt service in high-volume settings. Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest consumption and promoting safe alcohol service policies. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques within the food service industry. Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Previous retail math experience for cash handling and sales transactions is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus for creating innovative drinks.
