Great attitude & energy Must be courteous, and good natured Desire to learn about wine, food, beer, and spirits Empathetic, compassionate & charismatic Passion for hospitality Basic knowledge of classic cocktails Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Enjoy meeting new people Great memory Integrity, trust, respect & accountability Reliable transportation Self-motivated Adventurous eater Maintain knowledge of local restaurant scene and general restaurant trends Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant industry experience for servers and bartenders (exceptions based on attitude & charisma and energy will be made for this requirement) Physical expectations include working in a standing position for long periods of time, as well as can reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.
