Prior bartending experience is required. We're looking for individuals who are personable, attentive, and confident working with guests from all walks of life. Strong candidates should take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while contributing to a professional, team-oriented environment. Reliability, awareness, and the ability to stay composed during high-volume shifts are essential Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling processes, including operating the cash register and processing payments accurately. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations. Skills Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in bartending or working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during busy shifts. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met.
