Fong's is looking to add servers, bartenders, hosts, expo position and take out specialists to our restaurants. These are all fast-paced, hands-on roles that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a
Server:
Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking for accuracy and presentation. Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience. Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace and escalate when necessary. As a
Bartender:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and follow proper service guidelines. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Provide recommendations and upsell signature cocktails or specials.
Qualifications:
Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
