Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage Toast POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring responsible serving practices are followed Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations by providing prompt and professional service Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong food handling knowledge Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order entry and payment processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating lively atmospheres while delivering top-tier service.
