Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic experienced and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a lively, fast-paced environment. Whether taking orders at the bar or serving guests at their tables, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our patrons. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing efficiently to ensure accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Assist with catering, and banquet style service for private parties Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, sit down dining, busy lunch and dinner rushes , or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours in a fast-paced environment Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements previous serving experience is a must!
