Barback at Whispers Lounge Support the bar team and keep the good vibes flowing in a stylish lakeside setting
About Whispers Lounge:
Whispers Lounge is the chic lobby bar at Coeur d'Alene Resort, known for handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and a sophisticated atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable Barback to help keep the bar running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role:
As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure guests receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies + Clear and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area + Assist bartenders with any support needed during busy shifts + Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Team player with good communication skills + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays + Prior barback or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
