Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries. Operate POS systems such as Saphire POS for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during peak hours or special events such as banquets or catering services. Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience preferred. Familiarity with various POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service protocols. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Experience in the food industry, including food handling and restaurant experience, is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
