Position Overview:

Dusty Rose Reserve is seeking an experienced bartender with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving a wide selection of beers and wines, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beers on tap and wines to guests, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every pour. Tap kegs and maintain draft lines to ensure optimal quality of beer. Provide attentive and friendly customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive drinking experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and keeping the bar area tidy. Effectively handle cash transactions and operate the TOAST point-of-sale (POS) system with proficiency. Uphold beverage quality standards and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender, with proficiency in serving both beer and wine. Familiarity with tapping kegs and maintaining draft lines. Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus. Knowledge of craft beer offerings and styles preferred. Serve Safe Certificate or willingness to obtain certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
