Wedding Bartender 14095 North Nana Lane, Nampa, ID 83651 $15 an hour - Part-time, Seasonal $15 an hour - Part-time, Seasonal Job Summary In this role, you will pour and serve a variety of beverages ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and lively experience. Your cash handling and hospitality will be vital in delivering top-tier service that elevates every event. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love engaging with people, this is your chance to shine as a key contributor to unforgettable wedding moments! We serve through a beer & wine license and do not hand mix cocktails. No experience is necessary- we are willing to train the right person! The pay is $15/ hour plus tips. Duties Serve a selection of alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Use Square POS system to accurately process orders, payments, and tips Manage bar inventory efficiently, restocking supplies as needed Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized drink recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations for tips and sales totals Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy wedding events, balancing multiple responsibilities seamlessly Willing to on occasion help to set up and tear down the bar set up. Qualifications Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Willing to obtain TIP certificate Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced event environments efficiently Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and sales processing Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days. Friday Saturday and Sunday availability is required
