Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing serving times effectively through strong time management skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold all food handling regulations and safety protocols to guarantee a safe experience for both guests and staff. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proven ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently. Strong knowledge of the food industry, beverage preparation techniques including brewing, and food safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Experience with retail math, basic math skills, cash handling, and cashiering are essential for accurate transactions. Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations is required.
