Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, engage with diverse customers, and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and efficient cash handling will be essential to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall, you'll be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales opportunities. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds swiftly while maintaining accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices and prevent over-serving or intoxication. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service timing during events like banquets or catering functions. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and cash handling procedures. Uphold all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service in accordance with health regulations. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, serving techniques, and safety procedures when needed. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and alcohol service regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality. Experience working with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous retail math experience for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation. Knowledge of catering operations or banquet experience is a plus for event-based roles. Pay:
$3.75 - $5.75 per hour
