Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times Assist in setting up bar stations for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all necessary supplies are available Monitor inventory levels regularly, restocking supplies as needed, and communicating with management for ordering purposes Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or events Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables or guests simultaneously without compromising quality Skills Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math quickly for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Familiarity with serving techniques in the food industry, including catering environments Basic understanding of brewing processes if applicable to beverage offerings Experience with retail math for inventory control and sales tracking Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
