Swift Tavern is a bustling neighborhood restaurant, located directly across the street from Wrigley Field. Barbacks are responsible for supporting the bar team during service . Tasks include, but are not limited to: bussing and resetting, washing and polishing glassware, stocking, and light service work like pouring beer and wine or closing checks. This position also includes at least one weekly prep shift (not tipped, $18/hr) that includes behind-the-scenes work: cutting and juicing fruit, batching liquor, making syrups, preparing garnishes, and unpacking/stocking liquor and dry goods orders.
